- 1Open the calendar by clicking on the menu item.
- 2Now click on the start time (day / time) of the training phase.
- 3From the menu, choose "New Training Period".
- 4Now enter the name of the period and select the respective teams.
- 5Choose the start and end of the training period.
- 6Add the weekly training days of this phase, including start and end times, and the venue.
- 7Click “Save”, if all training days and times are entered correctly.
- 8The training days will now be added to the calendar for the selected period. The individual sessions can now be filled with exercises.
Click on the menu item "Training Ground" and select "Session Manager" to find all your training sessions neatly arranged
